Please review these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing, installing, or executing Automation Studio. These terms govern your software license, billing obligations, and YouTube compliance responsibilities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a license key, downloading the Windows installer, launching the executable, or accessing our web services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use Automation Studio.
2. Subscriptions, Billing & Flutterwave Policy
Automation Studio licenses are provisioned on a subscription basis or one-time license grant as specified during checkout:
All payment transactions are handled securely through Flutterwave. By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize monthly recurring access or 30-day license grants for your chosen billing cycle until cancelled.
Because software licenses grant immediate offline desktop software access and token generation quotas, we do not issue refunds for partial months or unused subscription time once a billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
3. User Responsibilities & AI Disclaimer
"Automation Studio is an AI-assisted tool. AI models can hallucinate facts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and approving all content before uploading to YouTube."
Scripts, voiceover transcripts, and images synthesized through third-party models (such as Google Gemini) are creative aids. Motion Studios does not warrant the factual veracity, historical accuracy, or legal suitability of AI outputs. You retain full editorial liability for all media exported or published from your machine.
4. YouTube Platform Compliance & Strikes
When utilizing Automation Studio's direct YouTube upload feature:
- You agree to strictly adhere to the YouTube Community Guidelines, Copyright Rules, and Terms of Service.
- You agree to enable YouTube's Altered or Synthetic Media disclosure flags whenever generating photorealistic synthesized humans or realistic fabricated events.
- Zero Strike Liability: Motion Studios is not liable for channel strikes, demonetization decisions, shadowbans, community guideline warnings, or channel terminations enforced by YouTube or Google LLC against your account.
5. No Guarantee of Success, Views, or Income
Motion Studios makes no representations or warranties regarding the audience engagement, algorithmic reach, views, subscribers, or monetary income your YouTube channel will achieve. Results depend on niche selection, creative direction, thumbnail design, audience interest, and YouTube's proprietary recommendation algorithms.
6. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Provision
Disclaimer of Warranties:
AUTOMATION STUDIO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL MOTION STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA LOSS, HARDWARE CRASHES, OR CHANNEL ACTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Automation Studio to:
- Create defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or illegal media.
- Impersonate individuals or create deceptive political deepfakes without legal compliance.
- Automate spam uploads that deliberately violate YouTube API rate-limit policies.
- Attempt to bypass license validation, decrypt local binary code, or share software seats across unauthorized devices.
